By booking the services of ‘The Toucan Agency’ you are bound by these terms & conditions:

Stella Scordellis is the proprietor of ‘The Toucan Agency’.

• After a free initial telephone consultation with either Helen Pointer or Stella Scordellis to determine your requirements you will be given a quote for our fees

• Once you are happy to proceed we produce a Terms of Engagement agreement for signing by both parties with full payment on acceptance

• Payment of invoice by BACS transfer

• Online Booking for Taster Classes can be changed up to 24 hours before your class
